Koi Pond
This property features an unfenced koi pond on the premises. All guests — especially families with children — must exercise caution near the water. Children must be supervised at all times when outdoors.
- Only feed fish with food provided at check-in. Overfeeding is harmful.
- Do NOT step on the rocks surrounding the pond.
- Do NOT enter or swim in the pond.
- Do not throw anything into the pond.
- Two strainers with faux rock covers are present — stepping on them may cause serious injury and costly damage.
By staying here, you acknowledge the presence of the pond and accept all risks. The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss.
